Moldy mess

The room itself was about what you would expect for the price. Not the ritz, but ok for a one or two night stay. The night clerk was super nice. Bed was ok as far as comfort. The tub and bathroom are what’s concerning. Black mold on the bathroom walls, ceiling, and bathtub. I debated on whether I wanted to even shower before we left. I’m allergic to mold and woke up sick of course. It could be quite serious for someone with serious allergies to mold.

The front desk staff were super nice, however we left after seeing our room. The room had stains all over the carpet and walls (we brought our one year old and didn't want her crawling on that - gross), there was mold on the wall, and the smoke detector was disabled. We were offered another room but decided to stay elsewhere due to the obvious safety concerns.

Old and needs updating

Again, another old Quality Inn that needs updating. Breakfast selection was terrible and staff not that friendly. Would not want to stay more than a night as this hotel did not have anything to offer and was not located in the best of areas.

Once inside … just fine

Area was a bit sketchy. Ran across the street to get a piece of fruit and ran past 3 “questionable” guys. Once inside, the room was mostly just fine. Bed was comfortable, pillows good, room was basically clean. Needs a little TLC though. They have the bathtub rigged so you can’t fill it 😤. Breakfast was fairly limited, but I’ve had worse. Check-in was quick! Nice frig and micro, but, of course had one of those horrible one cup coffee makers where you are forced to use their coffee, which is AWFUL. I never travel anymore without my own drip pot.

Needs some TLC.

The staff was courteous, breakfast was as expected, beds were clean and comfortable, but the place really needs some attention. The lobby was quite shabby, our bathroom floor looked really dirty, and paint was peeling off lots of the doors, etc. The room was cheap, and the location is convenient, just off I-75. Overall not a bad stay for the money.

Never again

Stay in this hotel only for one night and was the worst experience ever. Roaches all over the room. Decide to deal with it because i have no more option on that moment. At 2am wake up because something was itching around my neck, turn on the light and fleas on the bed. Around 4am power down, a totally nightmare. Stop only to rest to continue driving but didn't happened. I have pictures but for some reason dont let me upload them.

There was parting well into the night outside my door. Could have got into a fight that with the group outside my door. The girl from the desk told them they had to take it inside their room. There room was next to mine. Heard them well into the morning.

The check in staff was very helpful. The room was clean but the plumbing needed to be repaired/replaced. The outside, especially the doors and doorframes badly need repainting. The staff at front desk in the morning was on his phone making personal calls the entire time. The breakfast needs some hot food not just cereal and sweets. The bananas and apples were a welcome option

Facilities could use some TLC

Many minor maintenance issues. Exterior doors of many rooms had large areas of peeling paint. Bathroom door was damaged. Dirt and mold under the mat in the bathtub. Lots of signs of neglect. On the positive side, quiet, comfortable room, courteous and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Excellent location, great access to I-75. Easy check in and check out. I wanted a convenient place to get some rest on a long trip, and this filled the bill.

When I got in the shower there was a used bar of soap in the shower on the floor! Then when I got out of the shower the towel from the guest prior to us was hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I will dispute this charge and pay nothing! If I had not already paid for this and was not tired I would finish
