I know they are still recovering from the flooding, so the water wasn't potable, however they provided free water, and that's fine. They did have very limited breakfast due to that as well, although that would have been nice to know in advance. But the cleanliness was lacking. Also our purchase through expedia was said to include $10 for the concessions, which we didn't get. The staff said they never heard anything about it. So, a lot of the value of selecting that hotel was not there. I wouldn't book here again.

Good hotel
For the price, we had a decent room with lots of space. It was weird the floors were easy to make things shake in the room, but overall was a great hotel to stay in. Comfortable, good wifi, and friendly staff. We went after hurricane Helene so we were happy with what we got.

Was very close to biltmore house. The hotel was clean although the in room coffee maker did not work. Due to water issues in the community they did not have coffee downstairs so we had to find it outside the hotel.

Hotel clean, staff pleasant. But we were never notified of water restrictions, minimal breakfast, no coffee, pool closure prior to our trip. We adapted to conditions but would have been better prepared with advance notification of these issues. Also, we tried to use coffee maker in room and it spewed water all over and when it was replaced, the second coffee maker didn't work at all. 3rd coffee maker was the charm. By then (3 night stay) we had figured out that local store had cold brew coffee!!!!!!

Too many things wrong with the hotel & room, such as located at corner of Interstate Highway entrance (with constant traffic noise), thin floors (allowing upstairs footsteps to be easily heard), bathroom shower light not working, very limited tv channels (far fewer than listed in room guide), wall repairs left unpainted and the bathroom barn door would not stay in any position other than fully open or fully shut. We were booked for two nights but checked out after one and are still trying to get credit for the unused night.

Nice place for the night, but the room was not that clean. The shower had a foreign hair in it. Missing body wash we had two body lotions with different products inside. Front desk attendant was not at the desk most of the time.

We’ve stayed there before and we understand the situation with the recent flooding. When we asked for water the second day we felt the girl behind the counter was treating our request as an inconvenience. The man at check in said we could get it at the check in counter anytime. We also felt that arrangements for coffee in the am could have been made without much of a problem. We came to help our daughter who lives there.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Appreciated having a small sofa in our room. One small issue was the sliding door to bathroom, when slid open, went over the electric switch. Bumped and needed to push out on the door to get it open. Really appreciated that we arrived the night before hurricane Helene hit the area, with a booked two night stay, and there was zero hassle cancelling the 2nd night so we could leave the area. Much appreciated!
