Breakfast buffet was very good. Appreciated having a small sofa in our room. One small issue was the sliding door to bathroom, when slid open, went over the electric switch. Bumped and needed to push out on the door to get it open. Really appreciated that we arrived the night before hurricane Helene hit the area, with a booked two night stay, and there was zero hassle cancelling the 2nd night so we could leave the area. Much appreciated!

The hotel is very muggy in the halls and rooms and has a bit of a stale kind of smell. The room was clean and the beds were very comfy. Our stay was ruined by the people above practically stomping around. I ended up calling the second night to ask for help about it. Not sure if anything was relayed to them as them kept stomping and the next morning woke very early and proceeded to do the same. I would have liked for the staff to maybe follow up. I know it is not there fault the people were being so loud/rude but maybe could have offered another room at least. Maybe try and ask for a top floor room if possible bc the noise will keep you up if you are a light sleeper.

Great place stay near Biltmore Estate.
Newly renovated hotel - bathroom was wonderful, large room with 2 queens and hide-a-bed. Close & easily accessible to the Biltmore Estate. Breakfast was good - the Belgium Waffles amazing!

This property is very easily accessible. The staff is good, however, we are in America, staff acted like they didn't understand our language. If you live here learn it. I asked for extra towels from housekeeping, and the blank look on her face.... Hotel was fine, we did not have time to use the pool. Breakfast was fine, but laid out to create congestion in the dining area. I am celiac and found the eggs and sausage that morning to be ok. We live in a quite rural area, and was worried about interstate and road noise, I mentioned it at check in and he put us in the quietest room available, that was appreciated. Thank you.
