We booked this property thinking it appeared to be a good value, but when we arrived over Labor Day weekend, the entire place seemed to be under construction, which was not advertised. On top of this, there were multiple homeless people all around the parking lot and employees or construction employees standing in the driveway that we had to sit and wait to finish their conversation and move before we could even park. At this point, we felt funny about this whole place but they refused to even give a partial refund for our 2-night stay, despite the fact the construction was not advertised online. Would never attempt to stay here again.

The breakfasts offered an good variety. the woman kept it clean and well stocked. Room was clean. the toliet took to tries to completely empty the bowl. there was little privacy because the workers outside the window and not way to close the curtains. Dressed in bathroom.

I would like to say the overall stay at the property was okay. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was really good. The property was very clean on the inside. I was very disappointed that there was no indication or information on the site that they were still under some reconstruction and that the fire pit was not currently in operation and the patio was not currently available because that is the reason that I chose this property for my birthday weekend. I also want to highlight that the bed was a little bit on the firm side, so it did cause me to have a backache after my first night of sleep. But overall, the staff was great. The food was great and everything was clean.
