I was pleasantly surprised in the quality of the motel given the price for Asheville. Everything was clean and up to date. The motel is on an extreme slope making getting in and out of the hotel a little tricky.

Close to downtown Asheville. Hotel’s pool and hot tub was broken (seems like it’s been down awhile) so that was a bummer seeing as we booked to use pool. Last night they did give us a pass to go across the street to use their pool, would have been nice to know day one. One lady we encountered didn’t seem to have any information on anything and another was very helpful.

I believe is fraud when you don’t allow your guess to stay and you still keep half the fee, not allowing us to stay because of the size of our vehicles and then telling Expedia you did in fact had parking sounds like a scam.

This is the worst experience. We booked this hotel for 2 weeks and they did not allowed us to stay because of the size of our vehicles, not only they kept half of my charges but they literally told us to let Expedia know to cancel our reservations due to our vehicles, we are a work traveling team and we need to have our trucks available. I will never stay here and I demand a full refund of my charges.

Nice Getaway

Booked a 4 night stay for my hubby and I. Nice staff. Quick check in. Clean rooms. Bed not very comfortable. Hotel staff made sure we had plenty clean towels and tolieties. Had to get our room key reprogrammed several times. Location close to Biltmore also. The Waffle House is a plus also.

The staff were so pleasant! The room was very clean. We were greeted warmly and the breakfast staff was sooooo nice with a giant smile and greeted us both mornings. We would definitely stay here again and urge others to stay here on their visit to Asheville.

My room was extremely clean (and passed my test before i even sleep in a Hotel room. I even check for bed bugs.) and the bed was the perfect confort (not to hard and not too soft.) I will be staying again and again.
