Great variety for breakfast and clean. The hotel is at best three stars. We stayed one night- average amenities and comfort. Nothing on the nice side just average everything. Crowded parking. Close to Biltmore (15 minutes) and close to quick restaurants. The service was not friendly or helpful- we had to holler “hello…anyone here?” to get the front desk guy., Then it’s like the guy had never even heard of Asheville- deer in the headlights and this is where the hotel is located! But for one nights sleep it’s ok.,

The room was good but the tub would not drain. It took about 2 hours for the water to go out. I spoke with the desk clerk and he said he would contact maintenance but we never heard back from anyone. We went back down to the desk and he said the maint. people do not work at night and he was sorry.. We had 4 people in the room so only 2 got showers.. I told the clerk at checkout of the issues but all she could do was say she was sorry..I paid over $180 for that so I am not happy with Country Inn and Suites.
