Property appears nice enough. Once you leave the lobby it's old looking. We reserved & paid for 2 queens but we're given 2 fulls. Pretty shady to charge for one thing & give another. Also asked the front desk for some directions & recommendations around town and the lady me told that she didn't know much about downtown Asheville. So much for a helpful staff

Amazing staff and nice rooms. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice. Only complaint is the queen beds are not much bigger than the double beds.
