The Flat Iron Hotel! Downtown Gem
Our stay was incredible!! From our greeting and check in with Eilish, to our checkin beverage, to our birthday dinner at Luminosa, birthday treats in the room, hand written notes in our room and the beverage area on each floor..The Flat Iron Hotel is amazing! This hotel is in an amazing downtown location. It’s clean, has friendly staff and the service in rooms was awesome!!!

The amiability of the staff at the Flat Iron hotel was exceptional. The rooms are small yet clan and perfect if you are out and about. The location is centric, lots to do around the area and all walkable.

We stayed on New Year’s Day. The restaurant was closed both in Eve and next morning. There were options close bye. My only complaint is they charge $150 for having a pet. For “cleaning fee”.

Unique Art Deco Experience-true to Asheville
This hotel is so unique. They did an amazing job of honoring the history of the building. We didn’t leave the hotel during our stay! Fantastic restaurant, late night bar and very comfortable rooms. Loved the coffee bar. Can’t wait to come back.

This hotel is in a great location. Parking was easy and there are a ton of restaurants and things to do within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. My favorite amenity they offered was the water, tea and coffee bar located on our floor. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Asheville.

Great downtown Asheville hotel!
Booked for one night of a birthday weekend in Asheville. Valet parking was prompt and easy (just text when the car is needed), check-in was friendly and professional (glass of prosecco offered was a nice touch). Loved the "beverage station" on the room floor - coffees, teas, hot and cold (including sparkling) water. Shower had amazing pressure. Centrally located with helpful, friendly staff. Will stay here again!

Excellent location right on Wall St/Battery Park, facinating achitecture, comfortable quiet room (we were in the back). I would give it a 4 1/2 if possible, as they ran out of hot water and my husband took a leukwarm shower. Parking was easy right now, as Asheville had all free parking after Helene. Would be more challenging normally. (paid garage right next door.)

Asheville Trip
We wanted a hotel in downtown Asheville and we knew the Flat Iron had been recently opened, so we chose it. A great decision because the property was very nice. The old office building vibe was unique and the location was perfect for walking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And Luminosa, the onsite restaurant was amazing. If you like a quaint and unique take on boutique hotels, the Flat Iron is a hit.

Great stay for 10 year Anniversary
Stayed here on the first day they re-opened from Hurricane Helene and it as a wonderful experience. The Hotel and our room was extremely clean, front desk staff and bellhop were very kind and helpful and made our 10 year Anniversary trip just that much more special. Plus, the Hotel had really cool vibes and atmosphere that you don’t often see. Highly recommend!
