Everything about the stay was really nice. The front desk people were pleasant and helpful. It would be nice if the curtains closed completely since the outside lights stay on all night. The pool is broken, so you might take that off your website until it gets fixed.

I got in late and entered my room and it absolutely reeked of something like a wet dog and the humidity was very high. It was pretty awful. Went to the front desk to get a new room and they didn't have anything. I asked for some air fresher and they gave me a bottle that was pretty much empty. It didn't help at all. I didn't get much sleep so I got up early to hit the road. The continental breakfast was pretty bad too. It was the absolute bare minimum they could get away with. Then when I went to do once last check of my room I noticed that there were a couple of bugs that were in the bed. I just got out of there as quick as possible.

It is not a luxury property clearly-it is a functional, dependable, well maintained, clean property staffed by professionals who are warm and efficient. Extremely well run. We stay any time we have an early or late flight and their free shuttle to the airport is a plus. They also have a park and fly program that is a great value and easier than finding a parking place at the Asheville airport.

Friendly staff but mediocre conditions.
The staff was very friendly, The room was clean, however toilet paper was still in the toilet, which made us question how clean it was. The shower was slightly broken making a loud noise and dripping. Also the pool was closed because there was recently broken. This is not the fault of the staff, however it was a big bummer for our kid.
