Homey mountain retreat.

The hotel was very comfortable and we enjoyed the holiday decor. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant several times and the service and food were great. We will definately return for another visit.

Quiet surroundings and a walking trail. Loved the comfortable seats in the lobby next to the fireplace. There was a lot of rain one day and it mad a great place to sit and read. The realistic gas fire seemed to be lit all the time. Hot breakfast in the morning was great!

During my stay, I experienced several aspects that significantly contributed to a highly enjoyable visit. The environment boasted a pleasant aroma and an impressive level of cleanliness, which greatly enhanced my satisfaction. The staff members were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by the complimentary Dove brand toiletries provided in the bathroom, including soap, shampoo, and body cream. Moreover, the location of my accommodations was excellent, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the pink flowers blooming on a nearby tree. Thank you so much; my family truly enjoyed our time here in Asheville Holiday inn. IHG.

Overall nice hotel.

Nice bed and bedding! Quiet and good night sleep. Only issue was a dog barking at midnight but if you allow dogs you have to expect barking.

Nice place, wish it had continental breakfast and also we planned to eat at the restaurant for dinner but they had a limited menu and had like 5 things to choose from so we went elsewhere so that was a bummer but the hotel was good, nice rooms and I’m sure in the summer that pool area is lovely.

Bathroom had a broker piece in the sink and same piece in the tube that goes up and down to plug the in the water. The charging station at the bedside table would not charge my phone or watch.

I loved my stay here , I originally planned on staying 1 night but ended staying 3 ! Despite the area around the hotel still showing the after effects of the flooding ,the property itself was well maintained. The staff was all very friendly
