Near downtown. Super clean and modern hotel. We like the lower level access to the parking. Our room was very quiet. We would stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

THE WORST HOTEL STAFF EVER

I usually never leave a negative review, but this was NEXT LEVEL. We came for my daughter’s 18th birthday, for 2 nights. When we arrived, there were 3 front desk staff crowded around the computer, looking scared and confused, checking in a, what looked to me like a homeless man. When I walked up to check in, I asked to not be put next door to this person, as I was traveling by myself with my 3 daughters. After that moment, the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE to me, like I had never experienced before. When we had returned from going out, we came back, and realized we forgot our keys. When we went to the front desk, one of the women was NOTICEABLY smirking and making faces to the other girl. After I got the key, I came to return the extra one, and get their names. The outrageously rude one’s name was S*****na. Shortly after I returned to our room, that same woman called our our room to tell me that someone had a noise complaint. We had barely been back. Out of curiosity, I called the room below. They had not complained, and they just walked in the door. I called back to the front desk, and the other girl said that “people around” were complaining and the front desk called my room and the room next door. After that, someone called our room, and hung up. At that point, I called hotels.com, to cancel our second night. What an INCREDIBLY unsettling experience, and so inconvenient, as we had to pack up and find another hotel for our second night. HORRIBLE!

Clean and comfortable with great breakfast

Very clean, neat, modern hotel with clean and comfortable room. HVAC fan was rather loud, but functional. Continental breakfast was excellent with wide variety of very good quality foods.

Hot tub has beem broken for months - and yet this hotel still advertises that they have it and charge for it. Presence pf a hot tub was the only reason I chose this hotel over others - and it was broken, as the staff said, for months, with no date on when it will be fixed. This is false advertising.

The property was clean and friendly. But, the area of town was not safe. There were many homeless and panhandling on the streets around the location. The area lost power and the hotel as well. There were no safety lights in the rooms or stairwells. The phones didnt work with the power out. Im disabled and out of desperation I had to call 911 to try and get help. The manager did show up scanning the outside hallways with his phone light. If there was an emergency, I strongly feel people would perish from lack of safety lights. Also the elevators certifications appeared to expired months ago. The hotel appears dramatically unsafe.
