Surprised by the service
Lovely property but a bit underwhelmed at the service. The staff was dismissive at times. I rented a room for a business meeting and stayed at the hotel. The hotel meeting staff was a bit rude. Typically when I do a room rental and a room it's acknowledged or there is a perk. I was asked to rate the service during my stay, which I did, they asked for feedback and then never responded. There is also not a full length mirror in the room.

Check in was easy and inviting and the hotel staff was always pleasant. However the lady bartender at District 42 ignored my husband as he stood at the bar to inquire about drinks and menus and proceeded to address another couple that walked up after he, quite pleasantly. The reason for the disregard was quite, however we did have a server greet us and treat us very well.

A gem in the heart of Asheville
