Highly recommend you stay here

Great hotel! I’m very judgmental and come from a customer service background and the service was excellent. The finishes from tiles to lighting were great. Seemed like they could have charged more…words I don’t say much. The 1st floor bar/arcade was fun. There’s bowling and ski ball and golf putting, video games, etc. There was a gaggle of kids and they were having fun. Good cocktails and the food looked good but we ate elsewhere.

Loved the location, walkability, decor and life the hotel had! Only downside was the draughtsman was booked for a family reunion one evening and the hotel rooftop is lovely for drinks but I don’t recommend for dinner! Would absolutely go back!

Lovely building. Convenient location. Valet staff were really friendly. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was a small basket outside the room containing for example apple, yoghurt, energy bar.. didn’t think that was good value considering the cost of the accommodation. Also only the basement bar is open. We booked the hotel as it had a rooftop bar and front terrace bar but neither were open for our stay in early June. I think it should state this on their website and on listing at hotels.com so people are aware
