Our waitress(at restaurant downstairs)at dinner spent most of her time talking to the other couple and 2 of her co workers. Took a very long time for my husband to get the beer he ordered and she forgot to bring us things we asked for because she was too busy talking. The truffle fries were too salty to eat and the fruit in the breakfast basket was terrible. The apple was punctured, not sure if it was done by a rodent or human being and the Orange had brown spots on it. Absolutely not the quality of produce we would expect for the price of our stay. Very disappointing and off putting.

This hotel was such a gem - beautifully decorated and very walkable to everything. The room was spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome. We especially loved the thoughtful touches: the picnic basket breakfast was very nice, and the evening charcuterie and wine was absolutely top-notch. Can’t recommend it enough!

We loved our stay at The Restoration. Unfortunately we stayed Monday-Thursday and two of the on-site restaurants were closed the entire time we were there. Also loved the little picnic baskets with snacks. The bar on the lower floor was a great place with lots of games.

I recently had the pleasure of a short stay at The Restoration Hotel in Asheville, and it was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the property's beautiful design—thoughtfully curated, elegant, and infused with the character of Asheville's vibrant charm. My room was lovely—spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with just the right balance of modern luxury and cozy ambiance. Although my stay was brief, it left a lasting impression. The Restoration offers a perfect blend of style, comfort, and atmosphere. I’m already looking forward to returning for a longer visit next time. Highly recommend!

The building is really cool. Perfect location, close to everything. Hotel had great bars and restaurant. Awesome coffee bar and they even leave you a breakfast picnic basket at your door for free! Everything was top notch and would definitely stay here again.

This is a great property! Cleanest place we've stayed in a long time. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. No pressure to valet. No false friendliness to get a tip. The young lady at the coffee bars was so nice. She gave me several suggestions about out visit to the Biltmore and suggested the back stairs tour, which was a great. The night manager, bell man and everyone were exceptional. You get a breakfast basket every morning at your door!
