Drain in the shower was stopped up. The water was up to your ankles. Also there was hair in the shower. No way to adjust the thermostat, heat ran all night.

Stayed there when Hurricane Helene . Whole area, including hotel lost power. They couldn’t put out any coffee or any other hot items, but they put out boxes of cereal & fruit wvery morning and I stayed there for 3 days w no power before escaping to Charlotte. Food of any kind appreciated w all stores & restaurants closed. Staff did their best in a bad situation. The young woman at the front desk was particularly great - she was stuck at hotel too, unable to get home due to flooding.
