Check in was easy and simple. Parking is adequate. Multiple entrances depending on parking. The room was clean. Wash clothes and hand towels were missing and i had to go down to the front desk for those. The hvac unit was noisy depending if it was on heat or A/C.There was black mold on the ceiling in the shower. Probably not going to refer to family and friends.

Nice indoor pool

Well it seems that customer service is not number one! Manager on duty the days I was there. Ask the manager for the manager on Monday ask for the manager on Tuesday no we're inside. Luggage Carts are being used by employees to transport boxes . Carpet need to be vacuumed. You have illusions of the back parking lot complete darkness because there's two lights out

I liked how close it was to the airport, but was not happy with much noise at night. Person next door had many visitors and continued to leave a rug in the door to keep it open, so the visitors could come and go. The staff knew about this, but did not stop it.

We had a really good stay at this hotel. Our flight got delayed, and our rental car was given to someone else. So we were stuck at the Asheville Airport at midnight. This hotel has an airport shuttle service,which was a lifesaver! Very quiet, breakfast every morning, friendly staff, comfortable. Thank you!

The fireplace in the lobby was nice. However, the bathroom floor was dirty, the wallpaper was peeling, and there was mold on the ceiling above the shower. I asked for a later checkout at 2:00 PM, but was woken up by banging on the door by a staff member at 11:30. All the person at the front desk had to say was sometimes they make mistakes.
