This property is literally across the street from the AVL terminal. You could leave your car there for $10 but I opted for the covered garage at the airport. My room was clean and perfectly cared for. The guy (student) at the front desk was professional and quick checking me in. (It helps to pre-check-in online.) Though my room (125) was on the first floor and looked out at the indoor pool, it was very quiet after 10pm when the pool closed. The only thing I didn't like was that so many people left their cars there, it was very hard to find a parking spot. I drove around the building twice before landing a spot.

Checked in, went to our room, the key cards didn’t work. Went to the front desk where it took 20 minutes to get new key cards. The manager on duty wasn’t even on the property grounds. Had a line about 10 people deep, just one desk clerk, and he was struggling to get things done. Really a poor first impression.

If you have to stay here, good luck.
For a holiday time frame we understand that somw things are just not going to get done. But taking out the garbage shouldnt be one of the things not done. There was garbage stacked up in the ice machine room next to the garbage can. It was so bad that one of the bags was leaking what looked to be milk all over the floor. I didnt even try to go i to the ice machine room for fear of stepping in something and falling. The elevator smelled like something waa rotting in it. The food was pretty standard and served from 6 am to 10 am which was helpful. The lobby area was clean. Sadly we had issues with our room key on the second day. It juat stopped working.amd we had to go back to the feont desk to get it redone. I got a lecture fro. 3 different staff members about not putting the key next to my phone. I explained that i didnt, that i keep the key in a specific place to avoid that issue. My husbands key was alao not working and he keeps his in a special protective pouch to avoide such issues as well. And the fact we where not the only cuatomer who jad the exact same issue. It seems like the peraon who checked us in, only regiatered the ley for one night, not the entireof our stay. Thankfully it was fixed fairly easily. We didnt use the room cleaning on all the days we where there, but the one day we did have the room cleaned, they didnt even touch the bathroom. Did everyrhing else except that, which was the one place we really needes service.
Ice machine room on day 2 of garbage being put there. Right next to the elevator. Smelled horrid.

Tried calling hotel on 2 occasions to make sure 4am arrival to airport not a problem. The Only Shuttle was picking someone else up From a Different Hotel & Not Available. South Parking in Just around corner so left car there instead.

The curtains had a brown substance on them, the ceiling was broken in the corner of the room, the bathroom had a lot of ants in it veey limited tv channels, bed was very hard. The breakfast was very good, it was very quiet and the staff were pleasant.

We have stayed here several times before because of location and value. Hotel seemed dirty this time with debris on the carpets and overflowing waste garbage cans in public areas. Room was clean though. No towels at the swimming pool and the coffee was not fresh. Maybe it was just a staffing problem over the holiday

The only possible thing I can say about my room was that the TV remote did not work. I asked for help with the remote and one of the staff came to my room and it worked for night and then it didn’t work again I asked the staff to help me twice with my key which they did willingly. The hotel was very close to my granddaughters so it was convenient to her house and to the airport. It was a very good stay.

Love how the location is right across from the Airport and they provide shuttle service. This was the 1st time using long term parking and @ $10 per day very affordable.
