This is the worst hotel I stayed. It needs an urgent refurbishment. 3 of the 4 days I stayed Breakfast was late by 30 minutes and the staff just didn’t care. No refunds could be processed as the booking was through Hotels.com. The food on the evening was terrible. I won’t go anywhere near this place again.

Really kind and helpful member of staff checked me and my family in. She reassured me that the meaning of service hadn’t been forgotten! She made me feel important and went out of her way to help. The hotel is a lovely place to stay, rooms are delightful, nicely decorated, clean and not too hot. I’m really pleased to have booked and stayed.

Our stay

Room was clean, staff was friendly, check in and out was easy. However, in our room bed was uncomfortable. We kept rolling off the bed all night. Mattress is probably too old or worn out.

Really nice hotel and good reception area. Room was quiet and bed comfortable. 2 negatives for me - the jacuzzi was broken annoying but not the end of the world... When I was checking in another staff member kept on interrupting the staff member I was dealing with... with no apology or recognition that they were talking to me. I found it a little rude.
