Ashiya Vacation Packages

Great location, very clean and spacious rooms, helpful and polite staff. The hotel is located right on the Shinsaibashi area which was super conviennent. The hotel also offered a rooftop lounge area that only guests could access and had free all-day coffee and snacks - a perk we took advantage of after too much shopping.

Spacious and clean for our family of 5, including in room washer. No check in desk, however the check in via tablet in reception was very easy and smooth.

We had a very nice stay here, clean and tidy room, well located hotel. Only criticism would be that the bathroom felt dated compared to the rest of the hotel/room and could do with a refresh. Staff very helpful and fixed an issue we had with the shower straight away, everyone very helpful!

Room is spacious and clean. The hotel is close to the train station
