It was about average, like a regular hotel. The bathroom in our room was almost broken and quite annoying because water leaked outside the shower area. Getting from the room to the breakfast area was a bit difficult, and the breakfast space was small. The breakfast items were usually cold unless I reheated them in the microwave. The only real advantage was its location, and the housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning the room.

Fantastic location, very clean apartment. Hardly any noise from the streets even though we were so close to two main roads. Great access to restaurants and the Republic Square shops and activities. Easy to checkin with plenty of information and quick repossession via WhatsApp. Good strong WiFi. We also used the washing machine twice to do our laundry in preparation for our onwards journey. We will go back on our next stay.

Location was terrific, very central & easily walkable to main attractions. Hotel had lift, room was clean & very comfortable, nice size shower & bathroom. With our schedule we didn’t have breakfast as told not available until 8.30am. Staff were welcoming but insisted we still had to pay for our stay. I had to provide proof we had already paid in full before arrival, not sure why but all okay by time we departed

The staff here were excellent--very responsive and good communicators. Overall, a good experience, and in close walking proximity to central Yerevan attractions. I'd stay again.

Room was okay but very loud at all hours (partially because of the neighborhood) but access can be tough if you have large luggage as it only has a half-circle le spiral staircase. Most annoying is that staff was very put-offish and would not even attempt to accommodate any requests as other hotels typically do (such as luggage storage).
