Highly recommend.
The staff in the whole of the hotel are friendly and nothing is a problem. The food is delicious. Breakfast and the bar menu, I would highly recommend both. It is very convenient for public transport.

Really nice modern hotel. Sadly we did receive a view from our room of the air conditioning units which blocked our window so it did make our room quite dark. We did also find a used tooth pick on our bathroom floor which wasn’t very pleasant. Overall the hotel has great facilities and the bed was very comfy. Very quiet hotel which was great at night.

Lots of eating places next to the hotel. clean in the reception/ lobby area. Friendly staff some furniture in the rooms a bit dated/wear and tear. Bathroom did smell “eggy”? Maybe the drains. Easy check in/out. Starbucks on site too.

Very disappointing
First sent to room that housekeeping still preparing Second room had a questionable wet patch on the carpet. Used bath mat to cover and reported to reception next morning. As it was a 2 night stay expected some service to the room but when I returned it was the same as I had left it in the morning. I asked at reception and apparently the bin should have been emptied and coffee tray refreshed. This hadn’t happened. I asked for clean towels and an extra bath mat for the wet carpet, these were brought by a member of the housekeeping team who was actually quite rude in manner. I mentioned the wet carpet and she said she didn’t know about it and report it to reception. I did explain I had done so twice. Village Hotels are not my preferred choice due to previous experiences but sometimes needs must when travelling for work. It will remain a chain of last resort in the future.
