We’ve stayed here before and it was fine. This experience was a little disappointing. There was a glitch between hotels.com and maps on the phone. It kept taking us to an address not in existence. The ability to control the temp wasn’t great. It was either freezing in the room or really humid when adjusting the temperature up.

My basic requirement for an overnight stay are a clean bed and functioning bathroom. Sink did not drain. Called the front desk at 3:45 pm on a friday and were told maintenance was gone for the day. Used the ice bucket to bail out the sink. Noticing slow flow of the tub, elected to forgo a shower. The bed was clean.
