Larger spaces for rooms. Matress very comfortable. Pillows however were large and full of volume, but it flattens after putting your head on it and stays squashed and hard. - could be pillow preference. Location is right next to a train station. Lawson walking distance

Great hotel which is very new. Ample of parking space and I thought the space was very well designed. There were options to buy some stuff from the lobby lounge as well. The lobby gets a little crowded sometimes but aside from that, the hotel was great.

Beds are Super Comfy

The staff at this hotel are so friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows the most comfortable on our trip. Whilst this hotel has no restaurant there are a number of local restaurants with great food or a kitchen area where you can enjoy your takeaway convenience store meal. The bakery that was recommended for breakfast was outstanding!

Very clean and new hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no bars and restaurants, so that may be slightly inconvenient for some travelers, but the friendly hotel staff will assist your needs. Surrounded great nature. We had a big window with Mt Aso’s view. It was great hotel!

Great location near Aso-Kuju National Park and Kurokawa Onsen. We drove a car and were ablw to access the parking lot with no issues. It's also conveniently beside the Aso station. Staff were incredibly friendly. The communal kitchen was always stocked and clean. Washers and dryers are available to use, but require cashless payment.
