Terrible customer service! We notified the hotel prior to arrival that our flight was delayed and we would arrive quite late. We received no reply. When we arrived at the hotel at 1:30 no one was there and we couldn’t get into the hotel. There were 3 phone numbers taped to the door and only 1 worked. The man who answered didn’t communicate with us and kept demanding our “digamet “. When we asked for clarification he just repeated himself. We were 2 older women who had just slogged our luggage through the streets and stairs with an obviously loud drunk man nearby on the street at 1:30am and he wouldn’t give us the code. When we finally got in-after 45 minutes of arguing!- our room had a dirty bucket on the wet floor and there was long black hair everywhere! Optional breakfast was advised but not available, and other than the maid and another disgruntled couple no one else was there or available to assist us. Bad !!

Great stay at the Eurostar hotel. It’s a 20 min walk from Piazzale Rome, can be a bit challenging if carrying heavy bags. The place was clean, staff were nice. The only thing was that the hotel staff asked us not to use the elevator because someone got stuck in it the other day. So we had to carry our bags to the second storey when checking in and out.

Beautiful property very spacious and quiet. The staff is super attentive and helpful. We had a great time and looking forward to coming back again soon!

Staff failed to greet upon each arrival

The staff were helpful from booking until checkout.They arranged transfer from airport to hotel and even have a complimentary shuttle to and from Venice several times daily. The room was so charming and clean and breakfast was beyond wonderful. We will book here agin next time.

A bit dated and the food staff near the lol was slow but the food was excellent. The pool was a great temperature and very clean. Rooms show their age but AC works well a s rooms are large.

Very very average , rooms are very very small, showers hard to fit in

This hotel was nothing short of amazing. The hotel was spotless and a short 2 walk to piazza with restaurants and 8-10 minute walk to St Marks Square. The customer service was top notch. Everyone was extremely helpful.
