So glad we got the renovated room with 2 queen beds. Love the fact that the 1st floor unit we got had a back door so I could drive my car right to the door for easy unloading and loading. After they fixed the battery, it can also be opened by room key. Too bad it was fixed the morning we left. The location can’t be beat- the lifts are right out the back door of the main lobby.Love the filtered water dispenser and the coffee/tea and hot chocolate dispensing machine available to guests 24hrs a day.

The Inn at Aspen is the best value in the Aspen area and it is right on the slopes. It’s got a great pool and Jacuzzi. The rooms are very nice and it is a good value considering it’s Aspen.

This hotel needs to be renovated. We were in a renovated room, but it mimics a bad house flip. Everything is old, with the exception of new vinyl flooring. Carpet looks old and smells. Furniture in the lobby feels like hospital furniture. 1st floor is SO loud, people walking thru at all hours of the day/night and you can hear everything!
