Staff was very friendly but quality of the food in their restaurant compared to pricing was a little ridiculous. Additionally soundproofing between rooms is very poor. The cost of the stay with the majority of the amenities listed on their site not being available was quite disappointing. We knew the pool and spa were closed which was a bummer but I guess they also no longer serve breakfast either. The stay itself was was fine just dissatisfied with quality compared to cost.

We had a wonderful stay. The front desk staff and the shuttle drivers were svery accommodating and nice. The food at Home Team BBQ (restaurant in the inn) was amazing as well. The room we stayed in was newly renovated, and we also had a nice view of the mountains. We felt at home.

Great location! 10 min drive into downtown aspen. The only thing was that the bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Besides that I would return.

The property is quite far from Aspen’s center, making it less convenient for accessing the town. Additionally, the soundproofing is poor, so noise from neighboring rooms can be disruptive. If you book a deluxe room, be aware that they may downgrade you to a standard room without any explanation.

Had a great stay here. Great location with pretty views of Buttermilk mountain. The hotel had modern upgrades and loved the restaurant. I was just bummed the pool and spa area was closed. But I would definitely stay here again!
