We had an amazing stay at Address Dubai Mall. We had an all inclusive package with club lounge access. Food, location and amenities all couldn’t be better. We were mostly served by Club lounge team Virginia, Kishore and Alaa. They were extremely attentive and helpful at all times. Highly recommended and will definitely return.

Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived, the service was truly impeccable—attentive, warm, and effortlessly professional. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. The food was equally outstanding. Every meal was a delight, with incredible flavors and beautiful presentation across all the restaurants. And I have to mention the property itself—what a masterpiece of architecture! The sweeping curves, the iconic honeycomb facade, and the way the resort seamlessly blends into the coastline are absolutely breathtaking. . The infinity pools melting into the Gulf views are pure magic. A flawless 5-star experience in every way. We can't wait to return!
