Cheap hotel close to cathedral and good to Assisi
The room is ok, the breakfast is good, no parking at all in the hotel, I parked far from hotel with at least 5 minutes walking

Need for major renovation
When we entered the room I thought I was entering a cupboard, very rundown, no electrical outlets, carpeting must've been 20 years old and looked like it had lots of wear and tear very dark looked dirty, the only saving grace was that bathroom was immaculate and up-to-date. The staff was gracious and did all to help however there is just so much you can do with such an old building.

Excellent Value!
A nice ,quiet and good value stay! Very helpful front desk staff. Excellent good value restaurants very nearby- Da Elide and Cherubino pizzeria. A very convenient scenic bus trip up to Assisi- very reliable service and cheap. The room was quiet, a bit dated, but very clean with a spacious bathroom and a balcony. Breakfast featured fresh croissants baked on site and the usual selection of meat, cheeses, and yoghurt. I really liked this place and felt very comfortable as a single traveller here.

E' la seconda volta che abbiamo soggiornato in quest'albergo e ci siamo trovati ancora una volta bene. La posizione è fantastica dal momento che si affaccia direttamente sulla Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli. Purtroppo il parcheggio interno dell'hotel è piccolo, ma con un pizzico di fortuna si riesce a trovare posto nelle vicinanze.

La posizione dell'albergo è fantastica: praticamente ti ritrovi direttamente davanti alla basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli! Quando siamo arrivati in camera (molto spaziosa tra l'altro) abbiamo trovato la porta del box doccia rotta... comunicato alla reception il fatto, il giorno dopo era tutto a posto...

Singolo pernottamento con prima colazione. Hotel 3 stelle in posizione invidiabile presso Santa Maria degli Angeli, a ridosso dell'omonima basilica. Camera essenziale ma sufficientemente all'altezza delle aspettative. Peccato per la scarsa pulizia del bagno. La colazione a buffet meritava una disponibilità maggiore sia in quantità che in tipologie di prodotti.
