Very nice, new and clean. Food was great with side selection of both meat fish and vegetable dishes. The foot spar was under maintenence but it was too hot to sit outside anyway. Nice place would definitely stay again as it's also located a few mins walk from sea and the newly revitalized shopping streets.

新しくオープンしたのもあって部屋も綺麗でスタッフのみなさんの対応も素晴らしかったです。 目を見て会話をしたり、笑顔で対応してくださったのでとても気持ちよく宿泊出来ました。 ただ、強いて言うとすれば、、、 書き物を置いてくださると嬉しいです。 帰る時にお礼のメッセージを書きたかった、、、！！ 素敵な部屋をありがとうございました。

熱海街中にあるホテルのため、海を見れる部屋が限られており、低層階では、海の願望は、望めません、同様に露天＋展望風呂も遮蔽物があり　入浴中には、海は、見れませんでした。従業員の教育ももう一つで、テラスへの案内も口頭では、できなく、指差しだけでした。屋上テラスへのアクセスは、エレベーターでは行けなくて、冷房の効かない熱い階段を、登らなければならなくて、高齢者には、難しいと思いました。但し　そこからの願望は、お勧めします
