Excellent staff, made us feel welcome. Breakfast buffet was superb, we had the PanChocolat for the first time and it was delicious! We flew to Paris after Athens and their PanChocolat did not come close to yours! Kudos!

Our stay was overall pleasant. The staff were very kind and attentive, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight — fresh, tasty, and with plenty of options. The beds were comfortable, but the rooms felt a bit outdated. It also got a little noisy at night due to guests at the bar. Overall, a decent stay with great service, just a few areas that could use an update.

Great little hotel in a quiet and convenient location, where everything was at a walkable distance. Loved the lemonade, cookies and sweets in the Reception which was welcoming. Staff were friendly and accommodating and quick to resolve issues.My friends and I shared a loft room. It was spacious and comfortable but I did find the loft ladder annoying to navigate but that’s possibly because I am not very young. My only negative comment is the carpet in the room and in the landing areas need to be changed as they were noticeably tired and stained. Will definitely stay here again recommend to friends.

The hotel is in a good location for access to some of the sights to see in Athens. The neighborhood, however, feels dirty with run down buildings and graffiti on every flat surface. I don't think it was particularly unsafe, though, because there are many restaurants, bars, and entertainment with lots of people enjoying themselves just up a narrow street less than a block from the hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Apollo Palm hotel. We had not been before and chose it for location but this hotel has a lot to offer. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The cleaner was really good, prompt every day and the minibar is topped up daily. We had a balcony with our room which was lovely to sit out on and relax. The view of the Acropolis from the rooftop terrace was amazing. We were really pleased that the hotel was so close to the restaurants, pubs, shops and historical sites. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back when we next come to Athens.

Beautiful patio with big tropical plants. We enjoyed our breakfast in that area. The staff is friendly, breakfast is excellent. Every guest will appreciate the proximity of restaurants and sights (Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki). Greetings to the friendly staff at the reception, the bar-woman and cleaning ladies.

The Room was not a full room. It was less than 120 Square Feet and the staff told me that Expedia picked this room for us. It was a closet space forced into a room with less than three feet wide and a bed with wall on three sides. No space to do anything. There was no shower curtain. The carpet was filthy to a level anyone can expect. They never changed bedsheets or bedcover. Ran out of tissue and was never re-filled. Shampoo or conditioner was never re-filled. I demand a full explanation. What are the criteria Expedia picks up a room to sale to customers?

Clean room. Central. Staff very polite. However rooftop bar closed one of the 2 nights. That was the reason we picked the hotel due to the fabulous view of the acropolis. Very disappointing.

Lovely hotel, pleasant staff. Just needs slight tweeks (better storage in rooms, secure safes, more mirrors in some rooms and some carpets need replacing) but overall i would recommend.

Hotel is in a run down area with abondoned buildings, but the outside of property is nice and clean. Inside is quaint and comfortable. Rooms are small, but have everything you need, clean and comfortable bed. Great breakfast every morning with plenty of options and seating. Beautiful outside courtyard with lots of trees, bushes and flowers. Small bar next to courtyard and rooftop bar and seating that has awesome view of city and Parthenon. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shopping and tons of restaurants are a block away. 20 minutes walk to Parthenon and 8 minutes to bus and subway. Very close and convenient to everything, would stay again and recommend

If we stay again, we’ll check the room size. The queen bed and pillows were comfortable, but the room size was barely big enough to open up our suitcases. The room and bathroom was clean, and cleaned daily. The carpet in the room is looking old. Overall, the staff was great. The breakfast was superb.
