Substandard accommodations. No towels, no cups in the room, no iron, no coffee in the room and ran out of breakfast at 8:30. $700 a night for a stay at the Worst Western. Oh, lamps didn’t work either.

The staff was courteous and supportive, the hotel itself on the other hand is not in great shape. If you stay in the tower, you will be alright, if you stay outside of the tower... Good luck, they really need to invest in renovations ASAP for the hotel as a whole.

Yes, room was very old motel in appearance. Floor of bathroom did not look clean. Toilet paper holder pulled out of dry wall. Lumpy pillows. Expensive for low quality motel.

The first night the toilet ran all night until i got out of bed and manually turned the water of at supply valve. In the morning I reported it to the desk and asked to have it fixed while i was out. I returned that evening to find No Water for the toilet at all.

The room was filthy, stains on the comforters and sheets. The bathroom door was not only coming apart but the strike plate was falling off. There was so much hair in the bathroom area and dirt it looks like the room had not been cleaned in months.

The receptionist didn't even check my ID when i said I had a reservation. It was my son and myself. Both beds were hard as a rock with stained sheets that had burn holes in them, only one towel in the bathroom.
