The room, bed and bath were all very clean. And it was a pet-friendly room. The breakfast was good but the juice machine wasn't working, and the eggs were a round flat shape and tasted like pre frozen.

The reservation was incorrect and there was no attempt to correct it. The king bed was Very uncomfortable. It had a big dip in the middle and the entire mattress is lumpy. The air conditioner did not cool to 65 it stayed on 70 despite our efforts to keep it turned down for sleeping. Then at 7am today we started receiving text messages as to when we will be checking out!!!! Check out time is still4 hours away! Very irritating and unprofessional. We like to stay up late and sleep in but not in this place! I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER DAYS INN AND SUITES!!!! First and last stay! I travel each week for work and decided to give this hotel brand a try. MY MISTAKE! Never Again.

The room, bed, and bath were clean and fresh. Dysfunctional was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay, but no orange juice, yogurt was unavailable, and the eggs were bun shaped and tasted pre-frozen. Coffee was good. The free little cookies and lemonade was appreciated.
