This is a beautiful area, and a nice resort. We booked an all-inclusive stay. Once checked in and we went down to pool we went to grab some drinks and we were given a hard time because we did not have bracelets for the all-inclusive. At check-in the staff did not give them to us. We went back to desk later to see about the bracelets we were suppose to have, and the member at that time was kinda snarky as to why we wanted them at that point bc we left the following day. It came off kinda rude. We went to dinner that night, and as I was eating my food there was a beetle crawling in my salad. We spoke to the manager at front reception. They apologized, and we let them know we just wanted them to know, for the sake of future guests. They said they would comp something to our Expedia account. We haven’t received anything from them. Overall the area of the island is beautiful. For the cost of the one night stay and our experience it was very lackluster, and I would not revisit that resort again for future stays.

Beautiful hotel. We arrived after our 10 hour flight and stayed for 2 nights. It was a perfect stay to recover and acclimate. The buffet was fantastic, so many options and some of the best food we had while in Greece. The beach area was beautiful with an amazing view and crystal blue water. The drinks at pool bar were overly expensive and were very small for the price. Nothing to do at night. It is about 25-30 minutes from airport. The room was tight for two people with two suitcases, but the facilities, food, and swimming make up for it. I will stay here again when I return to Greece.

This was a really nice 3-4 star property. It was quiet and serene at times. They were having a party that was loud until around 1130 pm but after that it was quiet. The view to the sea was really pretty. The restaurant needs more options for breakfast besides a buffet and service was medium. Over all I was happy to be there out of the city and not too far from airport

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty and clearly under construction—there was sheet rock dust all over the floor, bathroom, and even on the mirror. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. At checkout, we requested assistance with our bags because there are multiple levels of stairs to climb, but no one ever showed up. We waited for 30 minutes until we had to carry the bags ourselves, or we would have missed our ride to the airport. The “all-inclusive” package turned out to be a gimmick and a complete waste of money. It only included the buffet, which served awful food, and the alcohol was of such low quality that it made our stomachs hurt. While the view was beautiful and the private pools were clean, the dining experience was very underwhelming. The pool bar restaurant food was mediocre at best (5/10), and the upstairs restaurant served the exact same menu, offering no variety at all. The only redeeming feature was the stunning view, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make up for the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and misleading all-inclusive package.

Receptie ziet er goed uit. Kamers en gangen in het hoofdgebouw zijn zwaar verouderd. Wij kregen ‘een upgrade’ naar een kamer met half zeezicht. De andere helft bestond uit de airco units van het complex, opslag en de afvalberg. Benieuwd wat de eigenlijke kamer zonder upgrade was geweest… De hele nacht waren er problemen met de airco’s en de stroomvoorziening waardoor we door de herrie van de machines en generator geen oog dicht hebben gedaan. Alsof er een vrachtwagen op het balkon stond. En ook de lichten in de kamer knipperden een paar keer tussen 1:00 en 4:00 uur. Geen verontschuldiging van de receptionist de volgende ochtend want ‘het was niet zijn shift die nacht’. Wat een treurnis!

Good resort, close to the airport. Only thing that is not correct is communication between their staff. Before booking I have requested to review what is included in all inclusive package and I have received their most recent brochure from their Reservation department. After arriving at the property I have found out that it's not at all as it was presented in the brochure. There was no mini bar at the room upon the arrival, at the bar we needed to pay the drinks after 11pm even that the brochure provided states that the drinks are free until the midnight. There was no snacks at the pool bars at the certain times and there was not variety as on the brochure provided. I have asked on the reception about all inclusive package but they didn't know anything then having breakfast, lunch and the dinner included. After requesting to talk to the same staff member from Reservation department, I have been told that her supervisor has confirmed the brochure provided is the most recent and they don't know why and how is possible that drinks need to be paid for, no snacks etc. Even that the brochure states that bottled water, coffee and soda drinks were free at the bar I have been told from baristas that I need to use the coffee machine at the breakfast place and use only tap water and soda juices machines at the restaurant, otherwise I need to pay at the bar. Overall stay was ok, just not worth booking it as all inclusive package if it's not all included as brochure provided.

Peaceful stay

Beautiful area, secluded from the city yet so close to all. Water area was amazing, pool exceptionally clean. Quiet no traffic anywhere.
