This property is a Self Service Hotel in the middle of the shopping street Ermou. Great location though loud if your room faces the street. No front desk. No service staff. No service. Breakfast is served across the street in a different Hotel and is very average. Since the property is new, rooms and baths were clean and the aircon worked properly. The rating should be a 3star hotel, not more.

This is a brand new hotel with beautiful, modern, high-end decor and finishings. We especially loved it because it felt like a real Euro flat. We had a Queen "studio" (even though we were told it was a Full, but US standards it was a Queen bed!) The in-room coffee maker was the Greece equivalent of Nespresso, the water pressure was strong, the bed was firm but comfortable, the AC was cold and we even had a tiny little balcony with glass sliding doors to hear the sounds of Athens. This is located exactly in the Center of the city, near the Parliament (Sigtarma) and on a walking street in the middle of the shopping district. We felt like we hit the jackpot with this hotel. Thank you to their charismatic, helpful and caring team!!

However..

The hotel is new, clean and the staff provided excellent service. However there are some major downsides. First off the toilet is a "no paper" toilet. Which means paper are supposed to be thrown in a trash can instead of the toilet itself. Secondly the bathroom as a whole has a design fault, causing water from the shower to leak in to the sink area and further on to the main floor. In addition there were several occasions where there was no hot water in the shower. Resulting in some cold early mornings

Amazing new hotel in the citycentre with amazing location. Room was big and clean and renovated. The only thing is that you could hear everything from the corridore and from the rooms next dore, even the slightest wisper but other than that it was a great hotel.

Everything was perfect. The hotel's location is right in the center, and we easily walked everywhere. The reception was very helpful, especially thanks to Vera and Elena. The room was clean, and everything was well-equipped, including a coffee machine, coffee capsules, and a minibar. We were worried about noise because it's so central, but we didn't experience any disturbances, so there's no need to worry.
