Definitely NOT what I expected with VIP status. CONS Incredibly hard beds, very strange layout (kitchen in between toilet and shower) and paper thin walls. No luggage storage as advertised among amenities on Expedia. PROS good communication-replied to questions quickly and convenient shuttle Would NOT stay there again.

this place had ants crawling everywhere, we had booked three rooms, we never received a refund for the room we didn’t use! we got ignored by property owners

We booked online and were so impressed with the communication with the hotel staff. The transportation was wonderful and easy to find in the airport thanks to the great directions. Very pleased.

The property itself is fine, no complains; however, communicating with an absolute idiot in charge of coordinating our transport from the airport to the property, which took more than an hour, is unacceptable. Lastly, after booking and making a payment, the code to gain access to the property should be sent so the guest have a choice of using a taxi service to go to the property; awful!

This hotel was cleaned and had a small kitchen with refrigerator, NO microwave. They offer some coffee/creamer. There was NO private shower; it was right in the open with the sleeping area. There were NO local restaurants or store that I could tell was walkable from the hotel. Establishment should rethink a microwave. I recommend that you eat before going to the hotel if you DO NOT HAVE A CAR.

It was actually a former office. They converted office space to a hotel and the shower was basically in the livingroom. You could feel the springs in the couch. But it was cheap and had an airport shuttle.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. If you are traveling without phone service or Wi-Fi, it can be a little tricky. There is no receptionist so you need to communicate well with the property owners prior to your arrival, the day before. The beds are much more firm than I had anticipated. The apartment also comes with a very large patio, which was nice at night when it cooled off. It was well equipped with a really good coffee maker and great tasting coffee. They also left us a small complementary bottle of wine.
