The hotel seemed modern but there were housekeeping issues and staff could hace been better when we got to our room, there were obvious stai s on the ved covering. When we asked the front desk to fix tbis, they didnt apologize but had us leave our roo key so it could be changed. When we returned 4 hours later, they handed me another cover and i had to go and handle tbe dirty one. I am not sire why they even had me leave my key?! In addition, there was a dirty drinking glass left on the table and we were nissing a clean o e in our pair the ashtray was also full a d we do not smoke so i fou d that to be gross. In the shower, i fou d a used shampoo bottle. There was an overall lack of attentiin to houskeeping here. There were also some condition issues in the room with paint peeling on a window sill. The roo had a kitchenette witg a stovetop, but absolutely no utensils or pots, dishes, cutlery, etc so that would be co pletely useless if you had planned to use that amenity. We paid extra for the panoramic view room and you should be aware that you cant actually see the ocean. There is q city view but its just buildings. We checked in on a sunday afternoon and almost nothing around the hotel was open so we did have to take the metro to access dining and shopping options. Wheb we checked in staff gave every other couple free bottled water. When i went back down to get ours, they insisted i had to pay for it. Overall, i would recommend that you skip this hotel. Poor experience.

This is a great hotel. It's close to the metro and ferry port making it an ideal place to start or finish a trip to the islands. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the hotel is immaculate.

The reception staff were excellent. Very welcoming, stored our luggage until we could check in, and allowed us to hang out in the common areas when our ferry was canceled. Close to port and metro. Very clean and bright. Only issue for us was the noise at night as we were on the ground level, next to the street. We didn’t get a good nights sleep as we could hear people talking, cars going by, etc.

Nice, but air environment could improve

Nice hotel, clean and good location. I am not sure if renovations were going on during my stay, but my room had an odd smell...like glue or some chemical. Usually hotels are known now for their signature scents and even sell diffusers that replicate that fragrance. This was not the case here. It permeated the room, even the bedding and I couldn't get rid of that scent for a day after checking out.

Busy, portside area. We did not expect the neighborhood to be upkept; lots of construction, but we came only for the night prior to a ferry ride, as we guess many folks do. The Gallery staff was EXCELLENT, made us feel welcome from start to finish. The room was clean and beds so comfortable. Bathroom spacious and immaculate. Great value.
