After a rocky late night check in process the hotel made amends by going out of there way to ensure the rest of my stay was very pleasant. The day staff was amazing and informative and organized my taxis for me. The hotel was close to public beaches and a short 30 minutes from the center of Athens. I recommend a trip to Lake Vouliagmeni which is only ten minutes away. A hidden gem!

I asked the staff where I could get coffee in the morning they told me it was impossible. Nobody served coffee till 730 inside or outside. The property also asked for a receipt from Expedia in euros all I was given was lip service also asked for toothpaste and toothbrush to be delivered to my room was totally ignored, I will not be visiting this property or referring any of my friends or family not happy

Disappointing ..Junior Suite room small, lost our 2nd room reservation, never really got a clear explanation from management why they lost reservation, 3 adults in a small junior suite, smelly sewer like smell in bathroom and ant problem in room. Beautiful hotel, great location!

The room was beautiful and the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was great! The hotel was located within good walking distance from the beaches and local town, and a short cab ride from Athens and tourist hotspots.
