Nice job on the redesign and rebrand. The room was clean and unique. We were there for three nights but housekeeping never once cleaned the room. We had to get our own towels from the lobby and clean up ourselves.

Overall great place to stay when we are in Athens. Only negative was that our bathroom sink faucet was loose the last time we stayed. The rooms are always clean and it’s just 2 blocks from downtown.

Room had mildew smell and was dark and dank. Noise from ice machine outside of room kept me awake all night along with the air condition unit that blew air right at bed with mildew smell. When walked on floor without shoes, feet got dirty. It was honestly gross and I paid over $1300 and stayed 1 night. They were going to call me to adjust but I never heard from anyone. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was football themed for the game, and despite it being very busy the staff still took personal care of everyone. Truly excellent service and friendly staff. There is no turn down service, no daily housekeeping, and a small daily parking fee for easy parking (worth it!). We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and coffee bar. The Foundry where the lobby is was used to build the Athens arch. Walkable history, on site bar (noisy as expected but not disturbing in the room), good breakfast food and coffee. Safe and walkable to shopping. Would stay here again.

Staff was lovely. Floors were filthy. Had to wear shoes in the room otherwise feet were dirty. Lobby was nice but very small and zero tvs in there in a college town during gameday weekend is unthinkable.

Shamiya was great at check, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, personable. My original room assignment had a leak from the above unit. Shamiya called in maintenance, decided it was best to change rooms and upgraded me to a suite. Loved my original king room, and the suite was even nicer. Great retro decor! Recommend Abacus with the utmost confidence.
