My stay at the Grand Hyatt was absolutely fantastic! The service was top-notch, the location was perfect, and the room was exactly as described e.g. clean and spacious. The view of Acropolis from our room was awesome. I can’t recommend it enough!

Modern hotel with big rooms. The initial room assigned was in the pool level, it had a strong moldy odor and was isolated in a corner far away from the elevators. We had to request a room change and met some resistance cause the hotel was at capacity. Finally got a new room. Transfer to the airport was very overpriced (better to just request a taxi like we did). The restaurant in the 9th floor was booked and no priority offered for hotel guests. The room phone did not work.

Very disappointed to me Hyatt was always beautiful but this hotel is old and needs renovation. Carpet stains furniture old, and elevator situation is horrendous.

The property was beautiful!! Staff were very nice!! What I didn’t like…our room was $200 more then another couple we were with, because we wanted a view, we were on 1st floor, same as the other couple, same style room. There were actually 3 couples, 2 did the upgrade (for a view) and 1 did not. All on 1st floor same type of room! 2 paid $459, 1 paid $200 less! And we all booked together! Plus the air in our room did not work!!! Maint. Was up to Che k it out, he on the other hand was VERY RUDE!! On a 100 degree day, you need air!! Thank god I had a fan.

Probably wont stay again

Booked a deluxe king and initially was put into a small twin room. Reception argued this was 1. A deluxe and 2. A king when clearly it was two beds, two mattresses and two duvets. Eventually moved rooms after arriving at 10.30pm. Needed some supper so went into the bar. They do not allow you to order food in there after 10.30. You cant either have room service deliver to the bar. Once we had a dlx room it was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is crazy busy (too many tour groups) but the tfam.are very good and manage it well. Service by the pool is a disaster. It was 18 months ago when i last stayed and is now worse. Additionally the hotel does not have sufficient lifts. It takes an age to get anywhere around peak breakfast time or when the tour groups are checking in/ out. 20 minutes last Thursday to go to reception and back from my room.

Terrible experience, specially for check-in. The hotel that large and that busy had only two people at the counter and they both had a tag as Trainee. They were extremely slow and needed constant assistance from their manager. Took us a good 1 hour to check in.
