Overall stay at the hotel was llvely, checking in desk staff were very helpful, however the doorman i found to be very unprofessional, unhelpful... he focused on anyone he thought he could get a tip from or earn extra cash from... mainly from men, which left myself a single female to communicate and navigate with the taxi drivers alone. With lobby staff recommending or referring me to the doorman made me very uncomfortable

Wow my favorite hotel chain officially !! I went on a solo trip from ny to Greece & the grand Hyatt felt like a dream ❤️, I felt so comfortable the bed was amazing & so were the soft marshmallow like pillows felt like I was sleeping in heaven, there are 3 pools in the hotel like amazing plus a long pool in the spa area so many options to take pictures & swim. The breakfast was also amazing it was buffet which kept my stomach happy only thing I would give it a thumbs down is DINNER ! Please have more options that are favorable. The hotel was super clean & luxurious & huge which I also loved.

Beautiful hotel. Only downside is that it is such a popular hotel that it is very busy during check out time and check in time. The lobby is very crowded and it’s almost impossible to get an elevator. So be patient. You’ll be waiting for a while. This hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. The staff at the pool bar was not as friendly or attentive but overall this is a really great hotel to stay at and would choose it again.

i have an early flight, hence getting to airport early in the morning. i was told by travel desk that the policy is to book private transport.
