It's a nice older newly remodeled moter inn , Happy to give a 5 star for the stay only reason 4 star for amenities is room wasn't cool at check-in with the humidity of southern Ohio it took a while for room to cool down. Very friendly with the hospitality the area in known for. Excellent choice for travelers seeking a comfortable budget friendly stay.

Great place. It's old-fashioned as far as the building and the parking, not a chain motel. However, it was clean, easily accessible off a main highway, close to downtown, and the staff was very friendly. Parking is right in front of your room door, which I liked. I would definitely stay here again anytime I'm in Athens.

The room must have recently been redone- painted, new carpet, bathroom redone with new shower, new furntiture. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

This is a basic hotel/motel room. Stayed 2 nights recently for a graduation ceremony, close to Ohio University. The room was clean, towels were changed out, lots of hot water, beds comfortable. Can hear traffic from highway but didn’t interfere with sleeping
