The place was a rats nest, we had normal luggage and had to go a don’t know how many flights of stairs it was so bad we ended up getting another hotel DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO SLEEP )if you can) IN A DUMP
Room was basic but clean. Less than one minute walk to gate E7 for Cyclades. Fair number of eating options in the vacinity.
Air con good.
Okay for one night stay but not for any longer. To be fair, the hotel is designed to meet the need for overnight travellers accessing the port and nothing more, which it does well.
Facilities were very poor. They didn't ,even ,gave me a glass to drink water.

26$ per night ( sleep and go )
few stairs ( no elevator)
very basic room with old furniture
hot water works
wifi works in the room
Air-conditionar works but needs to be cleaned
the door of the room 202 needs to be painted
On no account stay at this property, which claims to be a hotel. A throw back to the 70's. I think the photos were filtered. Chunks out of the wall. The place was filthy.
I am surprised Expedia etc continue to promote it.
Very close to the port which was why I chose the hotel, however unfortunately the flush broke (so the water continued to flow) and the AC remote did not work. Spent the night very cold.
I wouldn't say it was very clean either (floor had marks over it and the mesh covering the window was ripped up, allowing flies in to the room)
I was only there for 1 night.

Practical place to stay if all you need is a bed to sleep in for a night. Close to the harbour.

Good value room for a one night stay.
The room was fine for a one night stay. The port was just across the road so it was easy for me to get to my ferry early the following morning. The receptionist recommended a souflaki taverna which was good.

Location location location.
At €30 for the night you can’t expect the Ritz... Our expectations were low based on the price, so to be honest we were happy with the short stay.
Location, location, location... sums it up. You couldn’t get closer to the Port if you tried... Especially handy as our ferry departed exactly opposite at gate E7. The room was extremely basic. The bed was comfortable considering, although I’d take your own pillow if you can (they were very lumpy). The bathroom/toilet was no bigger than a phone box... It was a tad smelly could have done with pouring some bleach down the drains. Some of the electric wiring in the room (lamps) would be best described as questionable.
The guy at reception was very friendly and accommodating to our requests... He kindly carried my friends bag up the stairs to the room.
All in all it cost €30 and we were there no longer than six hours prior to or ferry so you can’t complain at what you get for the very cheap price tag. The Porto Grill just outside offers very nice food and a reasonable price... Very good. There’s also a 24hr bakery on the front opposite where we caught the ferry which did nice pastries and you could grab a coffee.
