Don't let the fact that it isn't in the center of Athens fool you. This place is a nice little getable and perfect for if you need something affordable, cute, safe, and near the airport.

If you like air conditioning and privacy this is not the place for you. The property itself is nice. We only stayed for one night for the airport transfer in the morning which was very convenient. The couple that runs it was friendly and I hate to give this place a poor review as I almost never do. Long story short, we booked a cab to a restaurant. Unfotunately it was very late due to traffic, so we walked instead. When the owners came looking for us they entered our room without our knowledge, and TOOK THE REMOTE TO OUR AIR CONDITIONING. I then later had to text them to have it adjusted, which they did remotely from their phone. They did not set it very low, and then turned it off in the middle of the night remotely. This made my wife and I feel very uncomfortable, and very hot all night. Maybe we should not have set it to 66 degrees? Either way I have never had this happen in my life and do not recommend if you are from the north and require a cooler room to sleep.

When I tell you this was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed at I am not lying. The host were amazing! We were greeted with beer and wine at arrival and they offered us an update with an amazing price!! Free watermelon as we swam in the AMAZING pool. The owners were so niece and responsive and their bungalows are just absolutely amazing. 1 minutes drive to the beach where there are a few good restraunt and a mini market right next to the bungalows which was super convenient. got us a shuttle at 3 am and was just overall one of the best places i’ve ever stayed. i will forever dream of staying with them again!

This is a very cool concept of a hotel/motel. The colors are bright, the little homes are very cool with just full kitchen options. I do think though that there needs to be a bit of upkeep; at least in the one we stayed. The bathroom shower is a tight squeeze, and since it is one of those insert plastic showers, water leaks significantly from the base and pools a lot inside. So we made it quick when using it. The beds were okay. We were thankful they did have a baby cot, however upon checkout I realized the mattress was very stained (I'm glad we didnt see that before using it). The sheets and towels all seemed very clean and new. Checkin was easy- we received a complimentary bottle of wine and several small sandwiches and nuts in the house. I did not love the surrounding area that much. It's possible we missed a nicer strip by the beach, but the area we found was cute but not extensive. This hotel is convenient for anyone needing to stay closer to the airport- it took approx 20 minutes to get to the aiport with little traffic.

We did not what to expect staying at this site but all our children and everyone in our family group absolutely LOVED this place. We only wished we could have stayed another 3 nights instead of just 1 night so we can continue to relax, explore the town and sights, eat at the local restaurants and swim in the sea. Our hosts, Elias and Alina, were most hospitable and made sure each one of us are taken cared of. We had fun chatting with them about the town and sights. They took care of our transportation needs. It was like being welcomed by your very own family. When I return to Greece, particularly Athens I will make sure to stay at Modular Bungalows for at least 3 nights. Thank you to our hosts!!! We miss Artemis and the bungalows so much.

Beautiful pool! Relaxing and spa-like surroundings. Very serene! Very clean! Very different aura than a hotel. Only complaint is our bungalow bedroom air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. And since it is a family run business with no night time staff, we did not want to wake up anyone at 2am to tell them we were sweating in the room.
