While the hotel is nothing of significance to write home about, it is comfortable, safe, and clean. The buffet breakfast has plenty of options. My only concern for the stay was that we were told by check-in staff not to change the temperature in our room from heat to cool because our room’s thermostat controlled several other rooms as well, and other people would complain. This is odd to me, and not having control of my air conditioning will prevent me from staying here again. With that said, the stay was okay overall.

New trendy looking hotel in an older grungier part of town. Near metro station, shopping, and dining with lots of nightlife. Facility looks new. Only downside is overheating of my room during the winter and unable to open the windows due to limited number of keys to lend out. Cooling from central air is not possible during this season.

A "Gem"

Very very nice hotel, right in the heart of monatiraki, but not noisy. Very helpful and friendly staff both at thye front desk and the breakfast buffet. Amazing breakfast

We arrived just after midnight and were greeted by a cheerful and helpful night manager. This experience continued with all the staff we met during our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of all the important sites and is very close to the metro station and links to the airport.

All is good except for the central cooling/heating system. It was approaching winter in Nov but not that cold for a heater yet. However, the system has been toggled to just give out warm air as per protocol for winter, making the room super warm and hot. We had to resort to opening the windows just to have some cool air. Not advisable if folks need cool air and cannot withstand stale/warm air

Location is perfect and the stay is cozy

Even if initially we were disappointed with the layout and size of the grand suite and felt that the photos were not representative our stay was very comfortable due to the location, the easiness and the nice staff who were helpful whenever needed
