Lovely hotel within walking distance (even with my kids) from the metro, the rooftop restaurant and pool are great. The food was gorgeous and there is a great view of the Acropolis. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Shout-out to Maria at the rooftop restaurant and bar! Breakfast was delicious with a ton of options. This hotel is perfect for visiting Athens and the rooftop pool was ideal as we stayed in July.

Great pool, beautiful view, and delicious breakfast. However, our room was very small and not particularly clean. Also, I accidentally left my shoes by the pool and never found them again.

Overall, we had a good stay area around. Property is not great and nor the hotel room. The property is very dated and was very dirty. The common areas appear to have been renovated sooner, and the roof deck was spectacular. The staff was really great.

The rooftop pool was very nice but had limited hours. The room was rather small bed with pull out bed. The staff was great and the breakfast options were perfect. Glad there was security outside. Did not feel safe walking around area and needed to arrange for transportation.

We had great service upon checking in and found our room was too small for the four of us. They immediately found us a family suite with a separate room which accommodated my tall teens and all of our luggage.

Filthy carpets and would in the shower. Breakfast tables not cleared. No napkins. Guests using hands to take food from breakfast buffet. An incredible difference between the photographs of the hotel and the reality. I will never stay in a Novotel again. The group should properly inspect their properties. This establishment was unsanitary abd beyond shabby. Cheap but not that cheap to justify the conditions.

Possibly the dirtiest air vents Ive ever seen in my life. The rooms are awful small and definitely not worth the price!!!! The pool is tiny and the hotel is a disappointment in general.
