The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. However, the neighbourhood didn’t look safe to walk around in the evening.

Hotel room not ready when we arrived - no big deal so we waited and then within 20 minutes they started giving rooms out and we went up and they said - yes yours is ready. Not a good start. Then on Sunday our toilet would not flush and they had. I maintenance - so we had to switch rooms - pain. Why no maintence at a hotel that was very busy? When we checked in they had out luggage and when our room was ready the gentleman at desk said go ahead and get luggage and the lady at desk started yelling at me and then security came out from back and started yelling that we do not work here and cannot get luggage but then the First Gentleman came back and said wot theme get it. It was a shitshow and very unprofessional since we were told to get it. Not a good start to our vacation in Athens.

Second time we are staying there and it was very disappointing. We were woken up 3 times by the room service in the morning although the check out was only at 12 pm. We were late for breakfast by 19 min and it was cold so we didn’t use the service. Not recommended and not going to stay there again.

It was excellent service, access to the sightseeing bus with in 5 minutes walk, but only 6 rooms have the view of the Acropolis you pay more for that, food was delicious.

Their customer service is really good, and the view from the roof near the swimming pool is amazing! We stayed in this hotel in the middle of April for a few days. It was still very cold to swim in the pool. That was really pity. Staff in the reception and dinning area are very nice. All the public facilities and spaces are very good, but all the rooms are very old and need update. The carpet in the room really need change and clean, just so dirty. I can live with an old hotel room, but I worried about the location of the hotel when I was there. It located in a poor area in Athens. When I walk back from the tour bus station to the hotel, we can smell pees and rubbish on the street. Many of the buildings around the hotel are in very horrible conditions. Some of the streets are very dirty, and some people on the street were wired, some of them were digging through the rubbish bin.I felt very sorry to them and a bit nervous. I would not recommend hotel to people come with young kids for a holidays. You can definitely find somewhere nicer,. This hotel could be a perfect and cheap option for travellers who just stop by Athens for a night or two and use taxi as a transport. It is a cheap and not bad option, if you want to save some money. Mainly because the hotel itself is good. However, if you want a perfect holiday, you need to spend some more money and find else where. In the end of the day, you get what you paid for.

The hotel itself looked very nice on the photos while booking. The location itself put us off a bit due to the neighbourhood looking unsafe and abandoned. The breakfast sessions were a chaos. Connectivity was alright.

The buildings around the hotel are very run down and when the taxi driver dropped us, he warned us to keep our belongings out of sight and not come back too late. There were a lot of “men” on the streets around the hotel. I was glad I was with my husband as I wouldn’t have felt safe travelling with other women there. After the initial disappointment that the pool and roof top restaurant/ bar were closed as out of season, and that our room did not have the desired view of the acropolis as advertised, we actually enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean.
