Probably worst business stay I’ve ever had. The fire alarm malfunctioned and kept going off starting around 5:00am and lasting over an hour. We all had to go sit in our vehicles in the rain at 5:00am! I had early morning business meetings scheduled and didn’t get to sleep or shower. When I finally was able to go get the rest of my luggage out the clerk said there would be no compensation. I used to stay here every time I was in town for work. I will never stay here again! Even after I said had spent half the time in my truck in the rain they offered me breakfast in the hotel while the alarm was still blaring.

The room was decent and clean but the hotel feels like you stepped into 1980. Everything is super dated and the TVs aren't smart (no Netflix, no screen mirroring). The bathroom is small. There are also a bunch of stairs within the hotel so lugging bags is a pain and carts are useless. It's close to the campus but not really walking distance.

I was okay staying at this hotel, it’s a big deal if you are going to the university, that was not the case for us, in 2 days, we never had room service coming to the room and at the day of check out, there was a water issue, had to use water bottles, no explanation nor an apology. For me, it’s a bit overrated.

Our bathroom was dirty. The restaurant is closed today. My kid is not feeling well and I was looking to get a second room at a discounted price and the manager was not helpful. The young lady behind the desk felt bad and has been great, but the manager would not budge. The hotel is empty. The bathroom door squeaks, which is keeping the child not feeling well up. Very disappointed. I have stayed here several times, and this has been my worst experience yet.

Gross bar

The food was amazing, but the bar was gross. Dust on everything, gnats, the garnishes were just out, my beer bottle smelled like mildew for some reason, the bar-tenders were mid. The structure itself was interesting to say the least with the odd little staircases that shifted the level slightly evey 50 feet or so.
