Hotel is very central located and is newly renovated also the rooms are big. One this you should know the area is very crowded and there are a lot of noise from the bars next to the hotel

Very nice, clean property. Staff was very helpful. Fridge did not work but we didn't use it anyway. Breakfast was very nice - eggs always cooked perfectly. Area was a little noisy at night but otherwise a very pleasant sleep.

Convenient location, walking distance to all the sites. Transportation to and from the airport (for a fee) was arranged by the hotel staff. Breakfast was very good with excellent service.

Perianth hotel is perfect in almost every way. The location is awesome with Acropolis, Roman agora, the ancient agora, etc. all within walking distance. Being in the heart of the bar scene and night life, the area is filled with people late into the night. It’s easy to find good restaurants in this area, and shopping is also accessible with Monastiraki just minutes away. We really enjoyed this orderly chaos when it was crowded but never unsafe. The hotel air quality was really good considering the location. The sound proofing is able to keep all the chatting and music outside to a humming background noise. The staff is super polite and the breakfast is great. This would be our too choice if we do come back again. Our room had a nice view of the Acropolis, and the patio provided a nice area to relax and enjoy the sunset. The only downside is that the rooftop terrace has been converted to a penthouse and the restaurant/bar is closed for renovations.

We thought the hotel was very nice, and staff was excellent.We chose this hotel because the photos make it appear to have a beautiful rooftop restaurant/bar and a pool. IT DOES NOT. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel, although there are many nearby restaurants and bars. The rooftop pictures are of a very pricey penthouse. Unfortunately the hotel is in a very noisy area, so bring your ear plugs!

Our stay was short - one night - but the hotel was a delight with a view of the Acropolis. Some guests had complained about noise but on the fourth floor it was absolutely silent on a Saturday. It has a wonderful location with a two minute walk to a lively square - out the front door and turn left then right and you're in the middle of eating and night life. We ate at Mamoe's - out the door, turn right and 50 feet later you're there. Large cheap platers - lamb shanks (3 1/2), spicy platters, and a huge helping of french fries cost $33.00. The hotel breakfast was great and the hotel is located in a easily walkable area. A great stay and we would book it again. Don and Abbie Treichler

Lovely modern hotel in a very convenient location for the best part of Athens. Overlooks busy location so noise in evening until around 2am. Didn’t bother us but it may some.

Hotel is lovely. BUT if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night, be prepared to be kept awake until at least 2am from the loud music and partiers next door and all around the hotel. We asked to move to a room not facing the front of the hotel but were advised that the hotel was sold out so no options.
