I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, the staff specifically Paris was very helpful. It is very clean and the few steps away from the port, restaurants and shopping area. Overall rating 5 star!

Shower so tiny the shower curtain clung to you and bathroom door doesn’t close. Antiquated plumbing so all toilet paper has to go into the garbage, not flushed. Staff was accommodating however I thought €45 for a late checkout was a bit high for the calibre of accommodations. Elevator was an interesting adventure. Tiny but not a negative just a learning curve.

Check in staff was amazing, room very clean and new. The only negative was the adjacent buildings are in disrepair but looks like some are under construction so should improve, I block walk and the area was nice with restaurants and shoppers.

The area is commercial --- in no way scenic, and a bit scary to me. The room was clean but souless and the toilet gurgled. Paid extra for a balcony but what was the point when you were looking into a rundown city street. I suspect if I was a young backpacker or traveling with a # of friends it might've been okay, but not for an older female solo traveler. One very nice but overworked young woman at front desk --- no one to help carry bags. I checked out without even spending one night. Of course, since I had prepaid with Expedia, no refunds. Boo hiss. I should have done more due diligence beforehand. It is also totally inconvenient to the airport, and they did not clarify their airport pick-up policy to me beforehand.

The hotel and rooms are very clean and the service is helpful and friendly. The area itself is a bit run down and there is a lot of construction happening. However I never felt unsafe at any point.

Great location. Fabulous welcome by Paris. Then it went downhill. We received a call saying we had been given the wrong room. We loved to one with a balcony on the 7th floor. It was smaller but had a large balcony. We moved and discovered there was a leak in the bathroom so the floor was always wet. The breakfast was also on that floor and the noise was brutal. The person cleaning dropped a dozen plastic bags full of linens, etc outside our door and crinkle them loudly. Her phone rang constantly and she spoke loudly. The door to our room let in light so you can understand it wouldn’t stop sound. We mentioned these things when we were leaving and it felt like they had heard it before. We left it because complaining will only ruin our trip. It won’t change anything else.
