A great hotel to stay in, fairly close to the cruise terminal. Good restaurant in the hotel and many other options close by. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The only thing about this hotel I don't believe its a 5 star hotel. A 5 Star hotel has robes and also should provide free water bottles like all 4 star and 5 star offer. The quality of the rooms are not 5 star standards.

1. Spacious room, large bathroom, central and quiet location, varied breakfast. 2. More emphasis on small things in maintenance: Bathroom sink faucet was loose/not fastened in place, weak flow in the shower, corridor carpets need cleaning.

This 5star hotel didn't live upto my expectations. The room was neat but lacked simple amenities like a coffee maker. Bottled water was only available in the minibar and costed 2Euro per bottle!

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore the city & perfect for a pre cruise stay, its around €10 for a taxi to the terminal & 5 minute walk to the the metro station people are friendly & welcoming, i definitely will be staying in the future.
