Room was very clean. Great location. We were on the 6th floor. It sounded like someone was moving furniture continuously above us until about 10:30. Avoid that floor if possible. Also, the restaurant filled up and we weren’t able to eat dinner at the hotel as planned. We even mentioned it to the staff. Did not realize a reservation would be needed.

To use the Roof top as an amenity with all day access is FALSE! All hotel guests get kicked out before 6pm when the restaurant opens! They lock the access door and no entry thru restaurant without dinner reservations! Totally false advertising! Breakfast is average. Also in there they clean your table at 10am even if you are still sitting there? lol This was our third stay and will not book this hotel again Plenty of similar hotels in the same block or so. This stay was 5 nights for about $1000. With no evening access to advertised rooftop. Having a bar is a nice touch however even with drink purchase we got chased out after 45 minutes! All tables have reserved signs starting at 4:45. Shameful!

The location was extremely ideal, located within a shopping area. The Parthenon and Acropolis is visible from the rooftop. The prices were affordable, and the rooms were clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean , friendly and welcoming staff- perfect view of the acropolis from the rooftop- love the light up view at night. About 1-2 minutes from the flea market. Highly recommended- was great for 2 nights.

Comfortable room with a good bed. We found the lighting a little dim. Excellent roof top restaurant...super views of the Acropolis. Staff was attentive and efficient. Couldnt ask for a better location regarding dining options. The walls seemed a litrle thin in the room, could hear all kinda of things. To be expected in an older property Overall, enjoyed the stay.

The hotel was very clean, and the front desk staff were helpful. Breakfast was excellent! They also assist with arranging transportation, which was convenient. I’m not sure about parking options since we took a Lyft from the airport to the hotel. It was a bit noisy at times, but that’s to be expected in a busy downtown area.

The included breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was 2 blocks from subway and bus stop. The noise from street and upstairs restaurant quit at about midnight. We loved the location of Hotel Plaka. It was a very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. We would recommend this hotel for any pre-cruise visitors such as ourselves.
