My room was quite hot as the air-conditioning is centrally controlled and was set to heating. So I had to keep the patio door open to cool down the room which meant a lot of traffic noise from the busy road. Plus my room #11 lights were flickering infrequently. All in all, I had a lousy stay.

Small room not enough space for work with my laptop properly ,or for dinner bathroom for people with disabilities that I don’t liked 20 minutes to prepare an omelette for breakfast I complained in the check out but the hotel people told me : nothing Is my third visit to this hotel The 2 previous experiences are good but the last one is terrible I never came back to this hotel and I don’t recommend

Tolles Hotel in Athen mitten in Kiffisia Meine Frau und ich waren in diesem Hotel schon zweimal 2022 und 2023 jeweils im Dezember und jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel hat gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite eine Parkmöglichkeit auf einen großen Grundstück. Man kann vorfahren, vor dem Hotel parken, die Koffer ausladen und dann fährt man einmal rechts an der Ampel dann wieder rechts dann wieder rechts und dann wieder rechts und wieder rechts durch das Tor vor der Ampel und schon ist man auf dem Grundstück eigentlich ganz easy. Es gab auch keine Probleme, dass irgendeiner eine Bestätigung für das Parken wollte. Es ging ganz unkompliziert. Meine Frau und ich wurden im Hotel ganz herzlich gegrüßt und wir bekommen unser Wunschzimmer, eine Suite zugewiesen. Die Suite ist gross und geräumig und sehr sauber. Ein großes Lob an das Reinigungsteam. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr zu empfehlen und die Auswahl ist groß. Es gibt frisch zubereitete Spiegeleier und Omelettes. Zusätzlich gibt es natürlich verschiedene Käse, Lachs, Marmelade, Brot usw. Es gibt auch frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Das einzige Manko ist, dass es kein Vollkornbrot gibt. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück sind auch sehr freundlich und kompetent und hilfsbereit. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr kompetent freundlich und kümmern sich um alle Sonderwünsche von den Gästen. Wir haben am Abend im Restaurant unten einmal ein Glas Wein bestellt und auch dort war der Service ausgezeichnet und der Wein war au

Odalar ve otel genel olarak çok temiz... Lokasyon çok iyi. Odalar çok ufak. Personel (Kahvaltı salonundakiler hariç) çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcı Kahvaltı; özellikle yoğun saatlerde Alacarte ısmarlanan yumurtalar çok geç geliyor. Yoğun saatlerde personel adedi yetersiz. Siparişler çok geç geliyor, büfedeki peynir, şarküteri tabakları uzun zaman boş bırakılıyor. Özellikle son gün hiç memnun kalmadık... Kahvaltı bitti, yumurtalarımız hala gelmemiş idi; kalkıp gitmek zorunda kaldık... Lavaboda su basıncı çok iyi, Duş için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Soğuk su o kadar az akıyordu ve ayarsızdı ki, suyu soğuğa aldığında üst duş kafası basınç olmamasından atıyor idi. 3 gün sıcaktan kavrularak duş aldık. Otel Politikası mıdır bilemiyorum ama ilk geceden sonra odamıza su konmadı; Mini Bar ve Dışarıdan su satın alarak Nespresso Kahve makinasını çalıştırdık... Lobby 'de çalışan personel süper ötesi. Check-In ve Check-Out hem hızlı hem de çok nezaketli. Arkadaşlarımız yakında oturduğu ve yorumlar da iyi olduğu için bu oteli tercih etmiş idik ancak bir dahaki Atina ziyaretinde başka bir işletmeye fırsat vereceğiz. Bina güzel ve yeni, tamam ancak yorumların biraz abartıldığını düşünüyorum...
