Couldn’t get the air conditioner to adjust. 66 degrees is too cold for a room. Phone receiver cord broken so unusable. Toilet tank issues. Had to remove the lid and fix it so it would stop running. Overall the room was pretty run down.

This is a good property. Not a luxurious property and no pool but it was nice and clean and quiet.

The staff checking in and out were rude. The floor in our room was very dirty. There was a line of dirt and dead bugs behind the furniture along the walls. The room had flies. Our room was not made up. The wet towels were removed but, no clean ones were left. The coffee pot didn't work. And the toilet overflowed and when I told the front desk when we were checking out, they didn't seem concerned. Water pressure in the shower was very bad. Even though they advertised a breakfast, all they had was coffee and some packaged cookies and mini muffins. The only positive was that the beds were fairly comfortable and the TV and mini fridge worked.

I was staying in Athens overnight and mainly needed a clean room, bed and shower which this hotel delivered. My main issue was the TV volume would never get loud enough to be clearly heard over the noise of the interior AC window unit.
