I was extremely pleased with this motel. I was nervous when we booked it but found it to be clean, quiet, and perfect for our needs. We were charged way more than the normal rate but it was OU’s Homecoming. While I expected the overly inflated price, it’s unfortunate that businesses take advantage of people. The beds were amazing and we slept well. I think that Frankenstein must have been in the room above us because it sounded like he was going to come through the ceiling. All in all, very pleased with our stay.

Room was clean and staff was friendly and efficient. We heard footsteps above us all night. All in all this was an acceptable stay and would have rated higher for a hotel of this type, but it cost more than a stay in a nice hotel in New York and for what it is, that is unacceptable. It is frustrating to be price gouged because of lack of options.

This is a new hotel but was built very cheap. No auto door open so if have a lot of luggage it is a pain. No elevator. You carry your baggage up the stairs. Towels are thin, and amenities are nonexistent. The breakfast is a joke. Coffee, and granola bars. That is it. No one is here. No guests. I paid $90.Not worth it. It is clean but for the money. No way.

This is the second time we stayed there. Our room smelled both times. They did to replace the mops and such they clean with, it smells old and musty.

The facility was clean, neat. Room was perfect and staff was great. The only drawback was the idea of breakfast. That consisted of coffee from a vacuum coffee pump, a pitcher of OJ and either a Hostess danish or a small cupcake. Eh, is what it is but the location isn't convenient to anywhere to eat. Next stay I'll be better prepared because there is a fridge and microwave in the room. Other than that, nice place to stay

The property and rooms is impeccably clean and in good working order with updated baths. Good attention to detail. A/C, TV, lamps, etc. all worked well. It is also comfortably quiet in the evening. The owners clearly are trying. Others have mentioned the breakfast being not so good, but "free" breakfast doesn't exist and this option was $20 less than others in the area. I feel with this place I'm paying for a nice quiet comfy room, I spend $10 on breakfast elsewhere, save $10 overall. Will book again when in the area.
