Was very accomodating when our cruise was cancelled. We were able to stay an extra day and recommended secondary place due to lack of vacancy. Excellent location to catch metro. Front desk was great in helping our day trip with maps and instructions. All staff were great. Restaurant food was also great. Breakfast was lovely. Only one night in restaurant , older gentleman seemed to not be having a great day and not very happy serving guests. Otherwise lovely place to stay! 😃

I traveled with friends and family for a cruise in the Greek islands. The hotel was closed to the port The staff were very friendly and helpful they scheduled the transfer from the airport to the hotel and every time we needed a taxi, we had a late flight back home and the hotel took care of our luggage while we did some shopping, there is a lot good restaurants around the area, I will definitely come back

All staff were very courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bedding was so comfortable. Perfect area for us to have as a base for the football stadium. I would highly recommend the hotel to family and friends.

The room was wonderful, staff at front desk and in the bar and restaurant were excellent. It was unfortunate that one elevator wasn't working. Everyone in the hotel was checking out at the same time to catch cruises, and it meant a very lengthy wait, and I ended up carrying our suitcases down from the 7th floor.
