I had issues with getting a kettle when the one in my room did not work. Also had to ask for toilet paper after room had been cleaned. Tissues not replaced either.most staff seemed to be unsupervised trainees who were not able to assist. Seems more focused on Conferences than tourists.

This hotel has a good location close enough to the parthenon and main touristic areas , but ... again customer service is not great , the room is clean and ok, the ac is dated , room small, twin beds are really small, the breakfast buffet is ok but the service is not very good, front desk was ok , but is a lot of people inside and out. the pool was very cold so we could not get in , i would probably not come back .

Sorry but for what we had paid the rooms were not so nice l. A chair was badly soiled the chalking in the shower was quite disturbing. Very run down. We were supposed to get VIP wine on our first night stay and finally received it after asking 4 time. We were able to get more coffee for no fee after telling them a few times we have VIP service. Room 2 never received towels after the maid service had to request them. Very disappointing ☹️

Pictures are not very accurate. Selected a city view room. Did not get that and they over booked the hotel and were not able to change my room. Had to ask several times for things to get done with staff. Gym was really subpar. Area around is dirty and not appealing to walk around very much. Would not stay here again.

The best Acropolis view from my room and the roof top restaurant. Excellent front desk who let us check-in early at 1 pm. Staff in the restaurant were also very good.

Our bathroom was leaking from the bottom and staff never came by to check it out. Had to ask for extra towels a few times. Otherwise, staff were kind, very friendly, and polite. Above the top restaurant was amazing!

If you’re looking for a luxurious and fair price and amazing hospitality? I would definitely recommend this place. 15 minutes walk to the center. The staff was very respectful and helpful in everything. I would definitely visit this hotel again. 10/10 on everything
