First off they wanted to charge me $25 a night for my service dog. Second my wallet was stolen and all I had was a my ID on my phone and they would not take it cuz they said they couldn't scan it... Then they refused me a room... I don't recommend this place to nobody it is absolute crap I can't believe it I was so mad still am

The room needed work the exercise equipment failed mid use and they already knew it was faulty when i went to tell them but hadnt closed it off. And then they charged my card 2 times in the span of a week taking nearly 600 dollars and swore they didnt vut i have all the reciepts on my bank statements. I intend to sue

Easy fast check in and out. Small breakfast area with only a few tables, but the selection of breakfast food was good, food served hot & it was kept clean. The room seemed clean until I dropped something behind the night stand. It looked like it had been awhile since anyone cleaned behind it. One thing unique is the hotel rooms have a street door as well as an inside door, making it so convenient to take your bags directly to your room instead of having to walk thru the motel to your room. Beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly & helpful.

Clean room, staff was excellent, hot tub and pool are both use at own risk no lifeguards on duty and hours are 10am to 10 pm. Breakfast is 7 am to 9 am and it was a good spead. Our options for both days were fresh apples, toast, bagels, cereal, sausage patties, eggs, juice, milk and my kid's favorite was rhe make your own waffle machine. There was butter, jelly, cream cheese and syrup. It is a quiet location and easy to find

Excellent stay at the Inn. Bed was comfortable and quiet. The hot tub and pool worked great, which is a rarity while I’ve been traveling across the U.S. on my motorcycle. Many places list “a pool”, when you get there….same story…..shut down, waiting for parts. Check in was easy, and breakfast had great variety with hot food. I highly recommend this facility.

The property needed some maintenance. The shower head was so gross. (I took pictures) There was a dirty towel on the floor of the closet from the past guest, gross. Did they vacuum the room or just not the closet? The room smelled really musty, with an overpowering smell of air freshener, and the AC was so loud we didn't use it at night. They say coffee and hot water 24hrs in the brochure, but not true, "we don't do that here," I was told, ok. The staff was nice, but I should have asked for a different room. My husband thought they may all be that way, we were the 4 restless nights. Couldn't wait to get home and take a clean shower!

Booked a stay at this hotel and wasnt made aware of their policy that you couldnt reside within 60 miles of the hotel. Planned to take our children to a circus in town and our whole day was ruined by their lack of policy enforcement during booking process. Staff was no help and offered no resolution to problem

The staff were really friendly, the room was very clean. It was walking distance to a convenient store / gas station and a really good little restaurant that served the best Smah burgers. If I ever pass through this way again I will definitely stay there and will definitely recommend it to anyone else.

Hotel is older, rooms are clean enough. Workers are friendly. Waffles are good. Hottub is hot. Ive traveled to sweerwater several times a year for several years, and i always stay at this hotel.
