Staff is not very nice but I love the location, close to a lot of markets. Other thing I didn’t like is that u have to leave you key at front desk if u go anywhere which I think is weird no other hotel will asked for that.

Is a motel on the side where people just do a quick stop if you know what I mean , and when they run out of room the take people to the hotel and is noisy and unsafe , trust me look for a better option

Estacionamiento techado y gratuito. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda con dos camas king size, agua caliente. Muy buena ubicación con centros comerciales cerca y muchas opciones para comer. ¿Qué le mejoraría? poner una toalla en el lavamanos. Y quitaría el audio en todos los pasillos para comunicarse con las chias de limpieza, unos simples Walkie Tokies resuelven el problema. Eso de dejar la llave al salir de la habitación ya es antiguo, poner cerraduras con tarjetas RFID sería ideal.

The place was not bad, but could improve in the mattresses, they are too hard, there is no ventilation in the rooms, no A/C or fan, the room was just couple feet away of very noisy club.

Nos atendieron muy bien en recepción. La habitación es muy espaciosa y tiene todo lo necesario. Desafortunadamente estaba muy fría y no pudimos cambiar la temperatura. Es algo ruidoso durante la noche.

Los empleados sobre todo una recepcionista de lentes, te trata mal, te exigen la llave si sales de una forma prepotente aunque salgas a la tienda y te dicen “ no me importa tú tienes que dejar la llave” el desayuno “incluido” son huevos y café( sin refil), si se llena el estacionamiento te mandan al sótano y tienes que estarles avisando cada que quieras acceder a tu vehículo.

El servicio en recepción fue excelente, el señor del estacionamiento fue muy amable y el chico del bar también fue muy amable. El problema es que la televisión es muy pequeña y el ruido de los "antros" estuvo toda la noche.

Todo el servicio en general es muy bueno, pero hay un señor de atención (alto y sobrepeso) muy grosero, avienta las cosas, no saluda y tiene complejo de "guardia de seguridad", pero los demas trabajadores un trato muy educado. Realmente ojalá le hagan referencia a ese señor que miedo no le da a nadie y es empleado de atención al cliente, por consiguiente tiene que tener trato educado y amable.
